Are you experienced with Constant Contact or interested in learning how to use it to develop and email newsletters? We will provide training if you would like to take on that task.

Lake Elberta Park: We need someone to be a liaison with the City of Tallahassee to coordinate activities at the park, such as trash clean-ups and invasive plant removals, and oversee maintenance of our various nest boxes for Wood Ducks, Eastern Bluebirds, and Purple Martins.

Hospitality help needed! Now that we are resuming in-person monthly program meetings, we hope to provide the opportunity for members to get together and socialize a bit before the program. Coastal Bird Stewards Needed! Audubon Florida needs bird stewards on St. George Island weekends and holidays through August. This is especially important to monitor nests after storms. If you would be willing to help with a shift or two, please contact Caroline Stahala at Caroline.Stahala@audubon.org.

Audubon Ambassadors needed! Represent Apalachee Audubon manning the Apalachee Audubon booth at public outreach events, festivals, events, and festivals. Have a fun time interacting with the public, while providing valuable education about birds and the environment. Experience or prior training is not necessary, and all materials/information provided.
